Explore with me the intimate dance of life’s deepest passions—intense, beautiful, and unfiltered.
I live in the heart of Valletta, Malta, one of Europe’s most enchanting cities. I’m lucky to be constantly surrounded by the rich tapestry of history, culture, and architectural beauty that defines this Mediterranean gem. I often start my mornings with a freshly brewed espresso at the foot of St. John’s Co-Cathedral with it's renowned Caravaggio paintings—moments of quiet reflection that inspire my creativity. In the evenings, I walk my dog past the breathtaking Manoel Theatre, a beautiful reminder of Valletta’s vibrant artistic legacy and my own deep connection to this city’s artistic soul.
Acting allows me a window into parallel worlds, places that feel familiar through shared human experiences. I escape my reality to walk into another, if only just for a few days. It is the reset button I need to bring my world back into clearer focus.
Photography and Digital art offer me a powerful platform for re-imagining and transforming familiar images into new narratives. A flexible, experimental approach—where images can be deconstructed, altered, and reassembled in ways that challenge initial perceptions. Old becomes new.
I enjoy exploring acts of re-imagination, of seeing the world through my eyes.
Join me on this journey of discovery, where art and design meet culture and human connection.

Vibrations of a city

I approach street photography with the eyes of a curator of reality. One who is surrounded by non stop activity with the task of choosing to capture one moment from a thousand others. With camera in hand, I am invited to contemplate the idea of “nowness”—the fleeting nature of time and our existence within it. Each photograph serves as a snapshot of a specific moment that will never be replicated, embodying both the mundane and the extraordinary in a single frame.By highlighting seemingly trivial details—a passerby’s expression, the interplay of light and shadow, or the juxtaposition of diverse lives in a single frame—we peer fleetingly iinto the lives of others, seeing reflections of ourselves, and recognizing our shared humanity. The transient nature of life. The spontaneous beauty of everyday moments. The wonderful energy of life. Enjoy my captures.

The Urban Poem

Through my lens Bologna reveals itself as a living anthology of small, urgent moments — a city that gathers lives into a richer portfolio of feeling rather than ledgered wealth. I wander its porticoes and piazzas like a quiet pilgrim, letting the cadence of footsteps, laughter, and conversation fold into my photographs and alter the shape of my soul. Ancient architecture cradles the present: stones worn by generations, arched passageway heavy with daily rituals, an urban framework that still allows people to thrive and reinvent themselves. Here pensioners, students, travelers and locals move together in a long, improvised conversation, each gesture a sentence in the city’s ongoing poem. I try to distil that ambience — the light, the gestures, the spatial hum — into images that keep these moments alive.Cobblestone streets thread between terraces of ochre and terracotta, while market stalls burst with prosciutto, fresh pasta, and the bright insistence of seasonal fruit. Students cluster in shaded courtyards and old cafés, their animated debates weaving into the city’s steady hum alongside pensioners’ measured promenades. At dusk the towers and porticoes silhouette against a copper sky, and the scent of espresso and simmering ragù lingers like a promise that each ordinary moment here is quietly, richly alive.

Valletta, July 2025
Festa.Banda.MaltaThis project presents an innovative reinterpretation of photographs captured during the vibrant local festa, transformed into compositions that evoke the atmosphere of the celebration. Central to the project is the depiction of members of the local band (il-Banda tar-rahal), the heart and soul of the Village Festa, whose performances animate the community each year as well as the street decorations that are painstakingly set up by local volunteers every year with precision. The raw images of this collection were captured during the Annual Celebrations of the various Feasts in Valletta, Malta, during the summer of 2025. Each piece symbolizes how each element is an integral thread woven into the cultural tapestry of the local church and town tradition.
This project was conceived to breathe new life into images of these dedicated artisans who devote countless hours to ensure the best festive outcome. Their artistry and commitment are celebrated anew, showcasing their contributions to the collective joy and cultural continuity of the local festivities. Festa.Banda.Malta is a visual ode to tradition, resilience, and the enduring power of collective celebration. It invites viewers to reflect on the importance of artistic expression within community life and to recognize that behind every performance and event lie dedicated artisans who enrich the cultural heritage we all cherish. It is the keepers of these traditions that ensure that old stories, rituals, and celebrations are not forgotten. Through their passion and commitment, we can experience unique moments that have been in the making for hundreds of years

Sea breeze and Tequila

Sitges did something to me I wasn't expecting — it pulled me straight back into being a kid again, sand still stuck between my toes at dinner. There's a particular kind of happiness in a day that has no shape to it beyond the tide going out and coming back in, and I'd forgotten how good that felt until I was living it again. Long evenings outside until the light finally gave up, salt drying on my skin, the smell of sunscreen mixed with the sea — it all came flooding back like no time had passed at all. Nothing mattered beyond the next swim, the next ice cream, the next hour spent doing absolutely nothing of consequence, and somehow that emptiness felt like the fullest my days had been in years. My body remembered it too — that particular kind of tired that comes from being outside all day, healthy and sun-warmed and completely unbothered. I left Sitges thinking that maybe growing up just means forgetting how simple it's supposed to be, and for one summer, the sea reminded me.

Dragon Queens

Dragon Queens was born on a single October night on Canal Street, Manchester, when I found myself surrounded by feathers, sequins and a confidence so dazzling it almost outshone the stage lights. I wanted to capture more than the costumes. I wanted the courage underneath: the artistry of transformation, and the joy of becoming someone larger than life, if only for an hour. These performers defy every rule they are handed, and they do it with humour, grace and a perfectly timed high note. Photographing them reminded me why I fell in love with photography: to celebrate people who dare to shine.

BRASS BAND MOMENTS
Held in a private collection, these images were created to capture street musicians and present them in a vibrant pop art style.
Bold block colours with minimal texture, creating striking visuals where clean, expressive lines blend well with contemporary architecture and interior design.
By stripping away excessive detail and focusing on bold contrasts, these images breathe new life into familiar scenes and challenge viewers to see rhythm in a new, exciting light.
This work celebrates captured moments of age-long traditions and invites the viewers to experience this through a bold contemporary lens.

Last train to London

London has never let go of me, not since the years I spent living and studying here as a younger version of myself, still figuring out who I was going to become. This city doesn't sit still long enough to grow old — it's always tearing itself down and rebuilding, reinventing what it means to be London before anyone's even finished admiring the last version. There's a raw, restless energy running through it, especially in the creative pockets — the galleries, the studios, the street corners where something new is always being tried — and every visit plugs me straight back into that current. I come back regularly because I have to; the vigour of this place doesn't fade quietly, it just waits under the surface until I'm here again to feel it running through me. And every single time, before I've even left, I'm already working out when I'll be back. I hope I never catch my last train to London.

NATURE'S CALL

The raw, untamed wilderness of Iceland—its wild beauty and relentless wind—raggedly tears through your disbelief, forcing you to accept the impossible as tangible, alive before your very eyes, awakening your soul and realigning you with the true, merciless magic of nature’s unforgiving grace. To stand before nature, to frame it through the lens, and to re-imagine it anew is to transcend mere recording — it is to distil a landscape into mood and emotion, to weave the artist’s inner state with the aura of place and moment, so that what emerges is not just an image, but a living resonance.
